Conservatives have won both seats in Moreton. The council elections on Thursday saw Cllr. Chris Blakeley re-elected with 71% of the vote in Moreton West & Saughall Massie. Ian Lewis becomes the first-ever Conservative councillor for Leasowe & Moreton East, winning by 652 votes. Across Leasowe, Moreton and Saughall Massie, the Conservatives won 61% of the vote - their best-ever result.
